What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and phone number. Your phone number is used only to process Mobile Money payments — it is never used for login or shared with third parties for marketing. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments via ClickPesa for interview prep guides
• To deliver your purchased content (watermarked PDFs) to your account
• To send essential account and payment notifications

Payment information

Payments are processed by ClickPesa, a licensed Tanzanian payment service provider. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN or full payment credentials — these are handled entirely by ClickPesa and your mobile network operator.

Purchased content watermarking

PDF guides you purchase include your name and phone number as a watermark on every page. This protects our content from unauthorized sharing and is visible only to you and anyone you choose to share the file with.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for data hosting, ClickPesa for payments).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your profile information, though records of completed payments may be retained as required for financial record-keeping.
